Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any product or service offered by scrplay8 at scrplay8.org ("the Platform"), you ("the User," "you," "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with scrplay8 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and scrplay8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the scrplay8 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. scrplay8 strictly enforces this age restriction in compliance with international gaming authority licensing requirements. Any registration by a person under 21 is void, and any associated funds, winnings, or bonuses will be forfeited.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or contractor of scrplay8, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or any game provider listed on the Platform, nor an immediate family member or household member of such persons.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.

scrplay8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or close an account where eligibility cannot be verified to the Company's reasonable satisfaction.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the scrplay8 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. By registering, you warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading;
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• You are opening the account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Only one account is permitted per individual. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods, constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, scrplay8 is required under its international gaming authority licensing obligations to complete KYC verification. This requires you to submit valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, in certain circumstances, proof of payment method and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification. scrplay8 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your scrplay8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online account;
• Log out of your scrplay8 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members;
• Notify scrplay8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

scrplay8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any transactions completed on your account before scrplay8 is notified of unauthorised access shall be deemed to have been made by you.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: scrplay8 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian bank transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, or to a verified account in your name;
• Minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are displayed in the cashier section. scrplay8 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for eligible e-wallet transactions;
• scrplay8 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.

Currency: All transactions on the scrplay8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the User.

Bonuses & Promotional Terms

scrplay8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the promotion details;
• One Bonus Per User: Promotional bonuses are available to one account per individual, household, IP address, and device. Attempts to claim promotions through multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension;
• Abuse Prevention: scrplay8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, arbitrage, or technical exploitation;
• Maximum Bet: When a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet restriction may apply. Bets exceeding this restriction during a bonus period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided;
• scrplay8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the scrplay8 Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition:

• scrplay8's live dealer games use physical cards, dice, and wheels operated by professional dealers in real time. The outcomes of these games are not determined by any algorithm operated by scrplay8;
• RNG-based games (slots, crash, virtual games) use certified Random Number Generator systems independently audited for fairness under the requirements of our international gaming authority licence;
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round may be voided and any bets placed during that round returned to the User's account. scrplay8's determination on such matters shall be final;
• scrplay8 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of cheating, collusion, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or breach of game rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the scrplay8 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to transact proceeds of crime, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations;
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Opening or operating more than one scrplay8 account;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to obscure your true geographic location in order to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the scrplay8 Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.

scrplay8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Responsible Gaming

scrplay8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. As a condition of our international gaming authority licence, we are required to offer and maintain responsible gaming tools accessible to all Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Users may set alerts that notify them of the duration of their active gaming session;
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the scrplay8 Platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of five (5) years. During a self-exclusion period, the User must not attempt to create new accounts or otherwise circumvent the exclusion;
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications displaying time elapsed and net session outcome are available at configurable intervals.

Intellectual Property

All content on the scrplay8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface designs, data compilations, and the Platform structure and layout, is the property of scrplay8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the scrplay8 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the scrplay8 Platform without prior written authorisation from scrplay8.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The scrplay8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied;
• scrplay8 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• scrplay8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your scrplay8 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude scrplay8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by scrplay8's negligence.

Termination & Account Suspension

scrplay8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account and/or restrict your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• scrplay8 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency;
• scrplay8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• You have provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Your account shows signs of problem gambling and scrplay8 exercises its responsible gaming obligations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting scrplay8 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements, any void bets, or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Privacy & Data Protection

scrplay8 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement. By using the scrplay8 Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection legislation and the requirements of our international gaming authority licence.

Amendments to These Terms

scrplay8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, scrplay8 will notify Users via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the scrplay8 Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which scrplay8 holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including disputes as to its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact scrplay8 at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint and the remedy sought. scrplay8 will endeavour to resolve the matter informally within 30 days. This clause does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
